We had an excellent experience with Paul Haddad at John Hughes Vic Park. From our very first interaction, he was fantastic to deal with. We came in a bit unsure of what we wanted and asked to see several different cars on the lot. Despite our indecision, Paul never made us feel like a burden or took us for granted. He treated us with the utmost respect throughout, and at no point did he feel pushy or like he was making promises just to close a sale. Having visited multiple dealerships, it's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer the way Paul does. He went above and beyond during the entire process, and we've now signed our contract for our new Kia Sportage with confidence. We're picking it up tomorrow, and based on everything so far, we have no doubt he'll continue to deliver the same great experience even after the sale is complete. Paul is a real asset to the John Hughes team. We hope he gets the recognition he deserves, he'd make an excellent team lead or mentor for other salespeople.
